Frequently asked questions

Why flat monthly pricing instead of per-seat?

AI agents don't have seats. Flat pricing aligns with how AI-native teams actually work — you shouldn't pay more just for adding team members or AI agents.

What are AI tokens?

AI tokens measure Knowledge Server usage — queries, summaries, context lookups, and agent actions. Roughly 1 token per ¾ of a word, so 1,000,000 tokens is about 750,000 words of reading and answering. Paid plans refill every month (Starter 5M, Professional 20M, Business 60M) and unused tokens don't roll over; top-up buckets never expire.

What can I do with the Free plan's 1,000,000 tokens?

Plenty. A full agent turn that reads your project context costs around 22,000 tokens, so 1M is roughly 45 in-depth questions against your own documents, or a couple of hundred lighter tasks like summaries and drafts — enough for a real two-week trial of an AI teammate on a live project. The Free allocation is granted once at signup; upgrade or buy a top-up when you run low.

What counts as a workspace?

A workspace is a shared environment for a team or project. Most companies need one workspace. Agencies managing multiple clients may want separate workspaces per client.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can also use the Free plan indefinitely.

What's the Communications Hub?

The Communications Hub adds team messaging with AI context — conversations where the Knowledge Server participates, carrying context from projects and documents into your discussions.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades are instant. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Coming soon. Contact us if you'd like to discuss annual terms.

What is Sub-Tenant Management?

Enterprise plans can create isolated sub-tenants — useful for agencies, MSPs, or organizations that need separate environments for clients or business units while maintaining central oversight.
